Though my solo tour is still a few months off the maps have been a great planning tool. Having used ACA maps on numerous other routes I know their value in both planning and during a tour. Having gone off-route to visit other locations I missed the details provided by the Service Directory and the route addenda. I certainly have added ACA route maps to my don't leave home without them list.

I used ACA maps for WDC to Ft. lauderdale in 7/13 and found them great. Good roads, little traffic, indispensable for the ride. I wish the printing were larger so to make reading on the fly easier, and I missed a couple of turns, but that was more likely operator error. My iPhone was a useful supplement I finding hotels and getting back on route. I did, however, use the Greenway route thru S Carolina since I wanted to hit the coast more and go thru Myrtle Beach and Charleston.

I rode the TransAm in the summer of 2010.
I really miss seeing the elevation scale on the Atlantic Coast map set.
Overall, the maps are very good.

Recieived my maps in about one week.I love the details that go into your maps.Very strong, durable, and easy to fold. The only problem I have is the small print,so I typed the directions out and enlarged them.At my age 53 I use glasses but I perfer not to.I think most people wouldn't mine paying extra for a larger print or at least I wouldn't.But I will be using and buying future maps. Thanks so much for all the work ya' ll do to make riding easer for us. Chris

Great maps for the Atlantic seaboard but I decided to go north to Portland Maine take the cat ferry to Yarmouth Nova Scotia north to Portapique,Nova Scotia. It's been a long while since I've done any long distance cycling and I had a fantastic time! I was gone for two weeks and my best day was 78 miles (Digby to Coldbrook N.S.) I'm going to cycle south when things cool down alittle or maybe this coming winter. thanks for your dedication to making cycling trips pleasurable!
