This is a new position for the organization to grow leadership in our tours department. We seek a leader who is highly organized and collaborative, an excellent problem solver and communicator. The Tour Leader Compliance Manager is responsible for leader hiring, selection and placement process as well as developing and managing tour leader evaluations. In addition, this person will oversee compliance throughout our Guided Tours including permitting, DOT compliance, and leader certifications. This position directly supervises Adventure Cycling’s seasonal tour leaders. We seek a candidate who has experience with people management in a remote setting.
