Free domestic standard shipping is available for orders of $100.00 or more after any discounts have been applied. This applies to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Before each Cyclosource catalog is published, we carefully check pricing and product specifications. However, if a manufacturer raises the MSRP price of their product, we legally have to follow. Free shipping exclusions and information

  • Offer applies to standard ground shipping (usually 3–10 business days). Adventure Cycling will select the shipping carrier based on your order size, weight, and overall cost. For example, if you purchase 1–5 maps, your order will ship via USPS First Class. Larger orders will ship via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel, or Priority Mail. For estimated shipping times, please see below.

  • Expedited shipping is not available through this offer. If you need rushed shipping, we offer it during the checkout process for an additional fee. 

  • Offer not valid on prior purchases.

Domestic Shipping Time

  • It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours. All time frames listed below are referencing the average time in transit after your order has been packed and handed over to the respective carrier. Any guarantees listed below are offered by their respective carriers, and thus any claims should be made directly to them if transit times are exceeded.   

    • Carrier transit times are always slower and can become very delayed during the holiday season, so please plan accordingly.

  • USPS First Class:

    • First Class Letter (> 5 ounces) 6-12 business days — * but can take up to four weeks* - no tracking available.

    • First Class Parcel 3–8 business days — * but can take up to three weeks* — tracking available.

  • USPS Priority Mail: 3–6 business days — includes tracking.

  • USPS Express: 1–2 business days guaranteed — includes tracking. You must submit your order before 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time to ensure your order is processed the same day.

  • FedEx Ground: 3–12 business days — includes tracking.

  • UPS Ground: 3–12 business days — includes tracking.

  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days — includes tracking.

International Shipping Rates and Disclaimer

  • Important Note: International shipping times vary widely and are at the mercy of customs agents, international post offices, and carrier services. It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours; however, by choosing international shipping, the customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged, stolen, lost, and/or delayed shipments. Cyclosource cannot be held responsible/liable for any international shipping delays, damages, stolen, and/or lost shipments.

  • The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs fees levied. Fees are usually collected through local shipping companies.

    • For example, for packages shipping to Canada, customers will receive a notification directly from Canada Post for any customs fees due and can pay fees directly through their website. 

  • International orders are mailed using USPS/Global Post and can take up to 60+ days to arrive. 

  • All time frames listed below are average times it takes for delivery.

    • USPS Priority Mail International: 10–15 business day average — * but can take up to 6 weeks* — includes tracking.

    • USPS First Class International: 10–25 business days — *but can take up to 8 weeks* — includes tracking.

  • If you are traveling to the U.S. and can wait to acquire maps upon your arrival, we are always happy to ship “General Delivery-Hold For Pickup” to a post office, hotel and or bike shop, see below for details.

General Shipping Information

  • When choosing to ship to “General Delivery-Hold For Pickup” at post offices, bike shops, or hotels, it is the responsibility of the customer to check with the specific site they choose. We are not responsible for mail that has been delivered but is not held by the specific location. In the case of having to reship an order that was refused or lost after being delivered, the customer will be charged for a new order and shipping fee if requested.

  • Click here to locate post offices — you must call to confirm that they accept General Delivery-Hold for Pickup, as not all locations do. We highly recommend choosing a USPS option that has tracking. Post offices generally hold mail for *15 days (USPS Priority/First Class) or *5 days (USPS Express). This varies widely from location to location, so always call ahead to the post office beforehand.

  • Any comments added to your personal order are read by Cyclosource staff only. USPS, FedEx, and UPS will not see your order comments. If special assistance and or delivery is required, please contact and leave delivery instructions to your local driver/carrier directly.

  • FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you have a P.O. box listed as the delivery address, it will ship out via USPS.

  • All orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped through USPS.

  • Cyclosource will always use discretion (especially with larger packages) when choosing which carrier to ship with. We reserve the right to ship the most economical way without jeopardizing timely delivery. Please make a note in the “comments” section of the order if you absolutely must have it sent with a specific carrier.

  • In the case that your shipment’s tracking number shows as being delivered, but you are unable to locate your package, please contact us via email, as we deal with these scenarios on a case-by-case basis and will require additional information. 

  • We are not responsible for customer-submitted wrong addresses or undeliverable mail.

If you provide an email address when you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation that your order was received along with an email with its tracking number. Please note tracking number emails are functioning sporadically — please add a note or send us an email if you do not receive a tracking number and we can send one to you.
