Adventure Cycling uses your membership fees for programs that allow us to do route research, produce maps, publish our member magazine, lead tours and educational courses, and spread the word about the value of bicycle travel. In general, we work hard to inspire people to get out and ride their bikes.

This is done to ensure continued service without interruption and is a convenience most of our members appreciate. The first renewal notice is sent out about four months before the membership expiration date. If you renew early, we always extend your membership from the original expiration date.
You can join or renew online or via phone with a credit card, or through regular mail by sending a check or money order. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.

The Cyclists’ Yellow Pages (CYP) was an online resource for bicycle-travel information on the Adventure Cycling website. Our staff spent a significant amount of time updating and maintaining this resource. After surveying our membership, we found that a majority were not using it on a regular basis. So we removed this feature. Note that we do have a Resources section on our new site that includes our Blog with touring tips, gear, and bicycle routes; Forums for you to ask and answer bicycle-travel related questions; a How To Department, and lots more.
