Ortlieb QL2.1 Hooks w/ handle (2 PCS) E192 - 16mm
QL2.1 - top hooks with handle, adjustable, can accommodate 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm racks. For all Ortlieb panniers with QL2.1 systems (tool free installation) each set replaces top hooks on one pannier.

I broke both of my snaps on both sides and needed to buy this when I got to Missoula. I am SO GLAD they had it in stock. I never had another problem with my snaps for 4,000+ more miles. Thank you so much! It's perfect fit!
