I wanted a shell that would give me visibility over the almost invisible warm jackets I need in the winter. This accomplishes the mission without adding weight.

The Arrow on the back is a key to bike safety and allows others to subconsciously give you some space. The jacket is colorful, easy for others to see, light weight and easy to air dry, also softer than most rain jackets so comfortable to wear. I like that the sleeves are a bit longer and have elastic around the wrist that keeps the rain out or when it gets warmer, I can push the sleeves up to my elbows and they will stay while I am biking. My hubby liked mine so much that he also just purchased this same jacket. He got a Large so he could wear it over top his other gear, smart choice.

This is a great jacket and is well made and (very) visible. I would echo the comment form LaVon that, remember, keeping the moisture out implies it keeps your moisture in! It's easy to work up a sweat that is not going to go anywhere. However I purchased this mainly for an outer layer in the winter, over a sweatshirt and jersey, and for that it is absolutely great.

According to people driving by, the yellow jacket makes me easy to spot. It's also a great windbreaker, keeping me warm and flexing in the shoulders. It's held up well to a year of weekly wear.
